Commission:

I will accept the order via PayPal and GoPay only
Client must provide clear description and character or sprite image files to specify ideas and references; otherwise, I will add more charges
Consult for adding suggestive poses that are under NSFW +18 before signing the deal
Process will begin after client purchased each order available
Suggestion for revision only applied for sketch and lineart phases up to 3 times
Each work procedure will last in around 3 – 7 days depending on time availability, purchased order, complicated design and sprite frame counts
Upfront payment is available for sketch and lineart phases, client must pay the remaining half after the phase had been finalized
If any conditions had not met, I will cancel the order and issue a refund.
If client cancelled the order during sketch and lineart phase, a refund will be cut by 25% of purchased order
Client cannot receive a refund once the order entered coloring and final phase
Finalized work will be sent in JPEG or PNG format via DMs

Request:

Unless stated otherwise, I will not open request arts until further annoucements
Client must provide clear description and character image files to specify ideas and references
Consult for adding suggestive poses that are under NSFW +18 via DM on social media platforms I uses before signing the deal
Suggestion for revision only applied for sketch and lineart phases up to 3 times
Each work procedure will be done to my best ability depending on time availability, purchased order, complicated design and frame counts
If any conditions had not met, I will cancel the order
Client cannot cancel the request once the order entered coloring and final phase
Finalized work will be sent in JPEG or PNG format via DMs

I will retain as full ownership of the work, as well as additional credit such as sprite ripper for sprite/derivative work if available
Every request and commission arts I made are for personal-use only
For commercial use, I will offer double amount the prices.
Client may not share WIP files of the order publicly
For derivative usage, client may tag my name as they pleased. But credits, tags and post links are highly appreciated
I will prohibit my work to be used for NFTs and as basis for AI works full-stop
I will not allow my work to be redistributed for self-published merchandise without my permission

As an artist, I will make sure to translate the essence of character personality as much as I can
I will work on commission art entry above request art, so please be patient
I will responsible to cancel requested/commissioned art if the procedure didn’t meet at certain circumstances on my end; therefore, I will send full refund
Commission pricing may change depending on complexity of character design and background details
